Attendance Format Changes
From Monday, 25 May 2026, registered delegates who request a change to their attendance from
Click on your name or avatar (usually in the top right corner) and select “My settings” to update your details, photo, or preferences.
Once logged in, your dashboard will display all upcoming sessions.
Click the ‘Join’ button next to any live session listed in your schedule. This becomes available shortly before the session starts.
Click the ‘View’ button next to the ‘Meeting Hub’ section to send messages, participate in group chats and record notes.
Each session includes a ‘Resource Gallery’ tab where presenters may upload slides, handouts, or useful links.
This section showcases event sponsors and partners. You can view their profiles and download materials.
Yes, all recorded sessions will be available after the conference for you to access and catch up on any sessions you may have missed. To receive the full CPD points for the conference, you must watch a minimum of 330 minutes of content. You will receive a notification email as soon as the recordings are ready to view.
Your certificate of attendance will be issued within 10 working days post event. Certificates will not be issued unless registration fee is paid.
