When will I receive the link to login?

We emailed all online delegates on Wednesday, 27 May with links to access the virtual platform. Please check your inbox for an email from conference@aacertifiers.com.au with the subject line “Get ready for the 2026 AAC Annual Conference Virtual/Online.”

If you’re unable to locate the email, please contact the AAC office on 1300 735 935.

Can I change my registration from online to in-person?

Yes, subject to availability. Please contact the AAC Office on 1300 735 935 or conference@aacertifiers.com.au

Attendance Format Changes

From Monday, 25 May 2026, registered delegates who request a change to their attendance from 

  • In -person to ONLINE/VIRTUAL will receive no refunds or credits
  • Online/Virtual to IN-PERSON will be invoiced the price difference 


How do I update my profile?

Click on your name or avatar (usually in the top right corner) and select “My settings” to update your details, photo, or preferences.

Where do I find my event schedule?

Once logged in, your dashboard will display all upcoming sessions.

How do I join a live session?

Click the ‘Join’ button next to any live session listed in your schedule. This becomes available shortly before the session starts.

How do I connect with other attendees?

Click the ‘View’ button next to the ‘Meeting Hub’ section to send messages, participate in group chats and record notes.

Where can I find resources from the sessions?

Each session includes a ‘Resource Gallery’ tab where presenters may upload slides, handouts, or useful links.


What is the 'Virtual Exhibitors' tab for?

This section showcases event sponsors and partners. You can view their profiles and download materials.

Can I watch sessions I missed?

Yes, all recorded sessions will be available after the conference for you to access and catch up on any sessions you may have missed. To receive the full CPD points for the conference, you must watch a minimum of 330 minutes of content. You will receive a notification email as soon as the recordings are ready to view.

When do I get my CPD Certificate?

Your certificate of attendance will be issued within 10 working days post event. Certificates will not be issued unless registration fee is paid.

I'm attending the conference online in a group environment with my team/colleagues. How can I qualify for online CPD?

Please complete this form and have a senior manager/director from your organisation sign-off. After the event, please email a copy to training@aacertifiers.com.au
